Dr. Schick is certified and specializes in Active Release Techniques (ART) a soft tissue method that focuses on relieving tissue tension via the removal of fibrosis/adhesion's which can develop in tissues as a result of overload due to repetitive use. Dr. Schick has worked with USA Rugby, Professional MMA fighters, and Colorado State University and University of Northern Colorado athletes.
