Eyerly Health and Wellness, llc specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions of the spine and extremities; including (but not limited to) back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, shoulder pain, hip, knee pain and ankle pain, tendinitis, sprain/strain conditions, plantar fasciitis, and postural conditions. Every new patient undergoes a thorough examination to determine cause and to screen for underlying conditions prior to treatment. Treatments include chiropractic adjustments, manual and instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, kinesiotaping, rehabilitation exercise instruction, ergonomic, nutritional and lifestyle instruction.
