Dr. Gene E. Jenkins, Jr. grew up in Tallahassee. He attended Chiropractic College at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas and graduated in September of 1987. He returned to Tallahassee and began practice in 1988. In addition to the practice of chiropractic medicine, he has been appointed by three governors to the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine, of which he served for twelve years. He has also been a consultant for the Department of Health. He is an examiner for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Jenkins has taught classes and lectured, teaching continuing education, which is a requirement of all chiropractic physicians licensed in the State of Florida.
