Hornback Chiropractic was established in 2002 with the purpose of improving the health and wellness of our community through chiropractic care. With our community outreach program called The Give Back Movement, we work with many local businesses and groups to reach those who may not otherwise learn about the many benefits of chiropractic care. Proceeds from these events go to benefit many local charities in our area. We look forward to taking care of you and your family!
