Office address: 6650 W Indiantown Road, #220-D Jupiter, FL 33458 It is a white 2 story building on the south side of W Indiantown Rd between Island Way and Central Blvd. Use the doors on the west side of the building by the Veterans Center entrance and take the elevator to the second floor. There are black couches by the elevator where you can wait or if you prefer to wait in your car, I can let you know when I can ready for you. Text me when you get there. I will respond when I am ready and have cleaned the office from the previous patient.
