I found Chiropractic, the hands-on, holistic approach to treating the cause of these conditions and not just masking the symptoms. Maintaining optimal alignment is important in sports performance, posture, self-esteem, mental health and all activities of daily life. I believe that knowledge can be empowering. The more we understand our bodies and mechanism that cause injuries, the more committed we become to getting better. Therefore, my office is devoted to educating our patients about their body, how it works and how to heal it.
