I'm Dr. Craig Castanet of Backstrong Clinic. Since 1987 I've worked in orthopedics, physical medicine, physical therapy and neurosurgery. While I am a chiropractor by training, I've always been medically oriented. When I first started in practice I was surprised at how poor were conventional treatments of that time. I was instrumental in our orthopedic clinic's adoption of advanced non-surgical rehab methods. Since 2006 I have used the most effective treatment method, spinal decompression, for the non-surgical treatment of neck and back problems.
