Throughout the course of life, we all experience traumatic events, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether they are based around a stressful life transition, a sports injury, a new work environment, the loss of a loved one, a birth of a child, or any other life event - these events are often overwhelming for us and get stored in our bodies.
