Town and Country Chiropractic (formerly Triplett Family Chiropractic) has two locations: in downtown Madison and Lake Oconee. Dr Vanessa Pizza is a second generation chiropractor serving families of all ages, from infants and pregnancy (ICPA-Webster certified), children, and athletes to adults and geriatrics. She also has been certified through the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association to adjust dogs and horses. Our mission is to help our community understand how the body is designed to be healthy and actually live healthier lives naturally through chiropractic!
