Stephen L. Tyks D.C. is a graduate of Maine Maritime Academy and high honors graduate of Life University's School of Chiropractic. The doctor uses many techniques learned over 30 years of practice in Down East Maine, Portland, Maine and since 1989, Skowhegan, Maine. Dr. T is also an applied kinesiologist, is certified in auto, sports and work injury treatment and rehabilitation. He has training in pediatrics, cranial, TMJ and extremity, (hands/feet/arms/legs), adjusting. Weight loss, detoxifcation programs are available, along with vitamins and single herb preparations. Licensed in chiropractic acupuncture, Dr. Tyks occasionally uses chiropractic acupuncture, using the Acugraph computer analysis of major acupuncture meridians.
