We focus on the upper cervical region of the neck as this is an extremely important region of the spine. By keeping the neck properly aligned we promote good posture in the rest of the spine and limit nerve interference throughout the body. This allows the brain to communicate better with the body through the nervous system allowing us to express our God given ability to heal ourselves.
