I offer both chiropractic and massage therapy either separately or in combination. Combos can be a full body massage with adjustments added in (great for wellness care) or I can do chiropractic with focused deep tissue work on specific areas (great for specific musculoskeletal problems). I include many types of techniques such as diversified adjustments, mobilizations, deep tissue, neuromuscular, stretching, dry needling, cupping, hot stones, etc.
