Evolve Health & Wellness has been supporting families and individuals in the greater Charlotte community since early 2020 when husband and wife team, Dr. Stephen Patti and Dr. Lindsay Peterson, began building this practice from the ground up. Dr. Sydney Fenton joined the Evolve team & family, bringing so many special services to the practice. Since opening, Evolve has grown and cared for hundreds of individuals and families that we consider to be our own.
