Dr. Phil Cook, DC / DAc graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1986 and grew up in the East Dallas / Garland area. Dr. Cook, DC is also certified in C.A.T.S., Cold Laser Therapy, Decompression, Peripheral Neuropathy and Knees. Dr. Cook, DC also believes in total Family Care.
